Silicone Casting with 3D Prints + Custom PCB
We 3D modeled + printed a mold for silicone casting that would allow us to ‘insert & lock’ our internal electronics. We also iterated on PCB shapes to get the sleekest possible product. We did not want any sharp edges when squeezed.

Our designs were met with overwhelming enthusiasm from user testers and potential customers. With BreatheBuddies, users can disconnect from their digital electronics and reconnect with their innermost peace, one relaxing breath at a time.

Fun and friendly design
BreatheBuddies is designed to be friendly to all. We used bright neon colors & soft silicone to make stress balls that glow in the dark.
Simple One-Button Interface
We tried to design the device interface to be completely intuitive, but also simple. The interaction should be quick. We decided that one single button could perform the 3 basic functions we needed, as well as On / Off. The internal shell is embedded in the soft silicone.
