User-centred research is conducted along the entire design process.
This user-centred design methodology is 100% based on user behaviour. Through interviews, co-creation sessions, and observations insights are gather and designed into the perfect user interface. The close relationship with the end user (or client) helps to inform better design decisions and result in a product that solves a real user need.
