In the face of the climate crisis humans need to reconnect with nature now more than ever. This is what brought VodafoneZiggo and Digital Society to collaborate. We designed a plug & play IoT sensor that keeps track of the health and development of plants while motivating people to grow food locally, especially in urban environments.

How might we make it easy and fun for people to grow their own food at home?

We built a low-tech user testing kit to see how people take care of a baby plant in a mini-green house incubator.
